-Kay Equine is not responsible for incorrect addresses entered either on paypal or kayequine.com. We are not responsible if packages are returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.

-If you need an item by a certain date, please contact us before placing an order or else we cannot guarantee it will be there by that date. Thank you for understanding that it takes time to create quality made products.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Eligible items may be returned for exchange only. Items must be returned within 7 days of shipment delivered date. Kay Equine will not accept any returns after 7 days. Items must be unused,new condition, and unaltered condition to be accepted. We will accept exchanges under the following conditions:​

Within 7 days of shipment arrival date according to tracking number. No Exceptions. ​

Items must be brand new, unused, unaltered and in the same condition as it was when the purchaser unboxed it. Items that have been put on a horse are not eligible for return. Please measure your horse and item if you are unsure of fit. This policy ensures our customers new, unused and clean tack. No Exceptions

We do not offer returns or exchanges on discounted, clearance, sale, used or custom items. This includes orders placed using a discount code.

Return/exchange shipping fees are customer's responsibility and are non-refundable

In the event Kay Equine does agree on a return/refund, the customer is responsible for return shipping fess and once the item(s) is received Kay Equine will issue store credit.
